Survitec Group Completes Transaction to Merge with Wilhelmsen Maritime Services AS Safety Business

Survitec Group (“Survitec”), leading provider of critical safety & survival solutions to the marine and defence markets, is pleased to announce that the transaction to merge Wilhelmsen’s marine safety business with Survitec has completed.

The transaction includes the transfer of all Wilhelmsen Maritime Services AS (WMS)’ safety related systems, products, services and competence to Survitec. Once integrated, the combined business will operate under the name ‘Survitec Group’.

WMS will hold a 20% stake in Survitec Group and will have a seat on the board.
