Safety Completion Guarantee
Survitec guarantees to perform safety inspections on agreed equipment in agreed ports within the designated due date given a minimum of five working days’ notice. Being safe and compliant is perhaps the most important part of your operation. Survitec will handle your safety needs with minimal disruption, allowing you to focus on your day-to-day business activities. To achieve this, we have put many provisions in place, available to all SOLAS 360 customers.
Our online customer portal provides you with immediate access to each vessel’s SOLAS compliancy status and safety certificates.
Due Date Management:
Survitec monitors your safety equipment due dates, notifies you 30/60/90-days prior to the next deadline and proactively supports our customers booking their next service-call.

How do we do this and which costs are we looking at?
Predictable Costs: SOLAS 360 scheduling models and due date monitoring systems allow for more predictability and help to reduce the need for unplanned, last minute services which are often the most costly. All safety service inspections, mandatory spares, travel, overtime and liferaft exchanges for a five-year interval are calculated and averaged out to a fixed annualised cost. In addition, fixed prices on other spares and replacement safety products are provided to make sure that it is easy, quick and predictable for our customers to make sure their ships are safe and compliant in a cost effective manner.
Internal Cost Savings
As a SOLAS 360 customer you can benefit from many advantages and systems that we have setup to help manage your safety more efficiently, in turn resulting in saving you time and money that can be utilised elsewhere within your business. Additionally, our complete safety management structure gives you the opportunity to remove all internal safety management spend if desired.
How do i qualify for SOLAS 360?
To benefit from our SOLAS 360 safety solutions you simply need to sign up for a SOLAS 360 or Safety Management contract with Survitec, the benefits of each are shown in the diagram (right).
SOLAS 360 is an all-encompassing offer with the aim of creating a long term partnership. Working together, Survitec aims to fit out your vessel with all the safety equipment required through a fixed multi-year contract covering initial supply, ongoing service requirements and continued replenishment of spares and accessories.
