As such, to comply with the regulatory requirements, Survitec only reports on employees of Survitec Group Ltd but not those employees who are resident in Northern Ireland. Since beginning to report our Gender Pay Gap figures in 2017we are seeing a positive downwards trend in the average gap %. We will work to drive this figure continuously downwards.
