Survitec is attending CBRNe Convergence on the 7-8th of November in Orlando, Florida. The two day event gives Survitec the perfect platform to display the newly designed SONICS Milpod, a specialist man portable stretcher used for extraction and treatment of a casualty in a CBRN environment. With more than 30 design improvements over the current legacy products on offer from other suppliers, including maritime capable flotation and significantly reduced bulk, the MilPod represents a huge step forward in CBRN mobile containment and recovery.
Additionally, the entire Survitec SONICS range will be on display for delegates to view including the Bio Skin and Bio-Shell protective suits. The Bio Skin is engineered to be worn underneath any outer garment. It is a lightweight, discrete and breathable stretch fabric with a unique design that offers exceptional mobility, comfort and a new level of CBRN protection.
Charles Bagshaw, CBRN Subject Matter Expert at Survitec will also be giving a presentation on the second day of the show to discuss routine training activities for CBRN. The presentation focuses on integrating the CBRN operational environment into the generalist training, encouraging generalists to support specialists, realistic CBRN scenarios for generalist training and training to support capability development and better define user needs.
