Whether you're up to (or over!) your neck in a whitewater river or surf, or looking for the driest drysuit possible in extreme conditions, this drysuit is engineered to keep the water out and you toasty.

The Horizon drysuit is tailored using 3-layer breathable material technology, with enhanced waterproof properties. This, combined with the twin neck seal system, latex wrists and low-profile fabric socks, keeps the wearer warm and dry “ no matter what the activity. With an adjustable waist band, a unique stretch mesh back panel and adjustable braces, the Horizon creates a custom-fit feel for a wide range of sizes. Plus, the pre-articulated arms and legs provides unrestrictive movement to enhance the suit's athletic performance.

The cross shoulder YKK Aquaseal, flexible dry zip is positioned for minimum restriction and allows the wearer to don the suit easily. Additionally, Cordura reinforced double layered seat and knees provide extra protection to the areas of high wear to increase longevity and durability.

What is the requirement for donning an immersion suit in an emergency?

All immersion suits must be designed to be donned in less than 2 minutes – including any associated clothing or a lifejacket as required.

What are the servicing requirements of an immersion suit?

Immersion suit’s must be serviced at an approved Survitec Service Station every three years from the date of purchase. After 10 years, this service interval decreases to a service to be completed every year. In addition to this, all immersion suits are also to be inspected every month as required by SOLAS Chapter III/20.7.2. If purchased at Survitec, they must be serviced at an approved Survitec service station. Survitec service stations are audited on a regular basis to ensure our high standards are maintained.

Do immersion suits without an integrated buoyancy pillow need to be worn with a lifejacket?

Yes. All immersion suits without an integrated buoyancy pillow are designed to be worn in conjunction with a compatible SOLAS approved lifejacket.

Can I rent immersion suits for my fleet or vessel?

Yes, we offer SuitXChange exclusively through Survitec. In our offering, we have both pillowed or non-pillowed immersion suit options depending on your preference. This solution ensures we manage your servicing and exchange requirements that allows you to save time and cost when in port.
