International Men's Day

Redfining male stereoptypes

The pressure to conform to these stereotypical norms is immense. Men are often told to "man up" or "be a man," phrases that subtly reinforce the idea that expressing emotions is a sign of weakness.

As a company, we are committed to cultivating a culture where men feel comfortable and empowered to express their emotions without fear of judgment or ridicule and where seeking help for mental health is met with understanding and support.
