A new chapter for aerospace and defence

In 2025, Survitec finalised a deal with private equity firms Capital Meridian Partners and Stellex Capital Management to acquire Beaufort, the aerospace and defence arm of Survitec. Beaufort is now operating independently and is no longer part of the Survitec Group.

This new chapter, involving investors with extensive expertise in the aerospace, defence, and government sectors, will help Beaufort in realising its full potential.
