An extra day off for your birthday
As a member of the Survitec team, you receive an extra day off for your birthday. Birthday leave entitlement is in addition to paid annual leave entitlement and public holidays. If your birthday falls at the weekend or on a public holiday, you take your next working day off. We give this time specifically on your birthday to spend time doing something special for you.

Recognising and Rewarding our People: The Survitec Excellence Awards
At Survitec, we recognise that to be the best at what we do, we need to have the best people. Our newly launched recognition and reward programme, the Survitec Excellence Awards, serve to recognise and reward colleagues who go above and beyond in serving our customers, living our values, and supporting other colleagues.
The awards programme is a recognition that it is our people who are key to our success and that it is their behaviours, and the work that they perform day in and day out to deliver for our customers, that will help us reach our vision of becoming the world’s most trusted company for critical safety and survival solutions.
The awards are made up of two schemes that are open all year round: The Thank You Awards and The Values Awards. The Thank You Awards are awarded monthly and are an opportunity for our people to say thank you to another colleague for going the extra mile in delivering for our customers or our wider organisation. The Values Awards are awarded quarterly and are an opportunity for line managers to recognise team members who have exceeded in demonstrating one or more of our values.
