The launch of the contact number in the UK will enable Survitec to provide a better customer experience for people contacting the company, which operates out of 15 separate locations in the UK, having more than tripled in size over the last 4 years. Using a combination of menu options and speaking directly to customer service representatives, the aim is to quickly connect customers to the team best able to service their specific needs.
Explained Ross Wilkinson, Managing Director of Survitec's Services UK business: "Our focus is on how we can make it easy for customers to do business with us. We are continually looking at new ways to enhance this journey, from first contact through to the delivery of the final product or service. We listened to our customers' feedback when they told us that a central telephone number would be beneficial. It is one of a number of changes we are making to improve our customer service."
