Working with our trusted partners to provide operators a Survitec service at over 400 locations around the world.

Survitec is known for its comprehensive and unrivalled service network, covering over 2,000 ports around the world. Our global reach is achieved through a combination of company-owned locations supplemented by third-party service providers.  Our third-party service providers are an extension of our business.  Working closely together, we help ensure operators have convenient access to Survitec services at locations that suit the needs of their operation.

Having our partner programme in place allows us to offer the following benefits to our customers.

  • Strategically located service stations ensure fast access in the delivery and collection of customers newly serviced safety equipment.
  • All Survitec service stations are quality controlled and regularly audited.
  • Our service stations are required to stock an agreed quantity of approved original spare parts.
  • Only approved and trained service engineers are authorised to carry out the work required.
  • Service engineers must attend liferaft servicing refresher training courses.
  • Training, audit and certification records are tracked through a global servicing database to maintain consistently high servicing standards

Meet our Service Technician

Dave Guy, a Marine Service Technician based out of the Survitec Gosport Service Station. Dave has been working for Survitec for over 17 years after following in his father’s footsteps and has dedicated his career to servicing everything that comes through the doors. Working in a small team of five technicians, he services between 200-300 liferafts a year, whilst travelling offshore regularly to service lifejackets in the North Sea.

Dave’s commitment to Survitec and our customers is exemplary. He takes tremendous pride in his work, delivering time and time again.  At Survitec, we are proud that all of our service technicians, either based out of a Survitec location or a partner site, adopt the same pride and commitment to their role as Dave.
