Nick Henry Non-Executive Director
Nick has 36 years of experience in the commercial maritime field, across a number of its sub-sectors, including container operations and offshore services, globally.
He spent the last 16 years with James Fisher and Sons, a marine services group, 15 of which have been as Chief Executive. During his tenure as CEO, Nick led the company through a period of extraordinary growth and transformation, delivering 40 successful global acquisitions, driving 20% annual growth, and increasing the market capitalisation of the group by almost tenfold.
Prior to this, Nick worked for 20 years for P&O Containers and P&O Ports, of which 10 years were in senior management positions based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Netherlands and the Indian Sub-Continent.
Peter Bland Non-Executive Director
Peter is Chairman of Survitec's Audit and Risk Committee, has over 30 years of experience in private equity, and has held senior finance roles in the aviation and aerospace industry. He spent over 20 years at Firth Rixson, ten of which were spent as the company's Chief Financial Officer before the company was successfully acquired in 2014.
He holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Bristol. He's held several consulting and mentoring positions.
