“I have always had a passion for the safety business and started off my career with Landmarine Fire in South Africa as an apprentice service technician mainly focused on the installation and service of Fire equipment and systems within the land-based sector.

Husamettin Barbaros Gokhan is one of our Lead Service Technicians responsible for Service Operations in Turkey. With a passion for the maritime industry, Barbaros spent eight months onboard ships as part of his degree, leading him to graduate from Istanbul Piri Reis University as a BSc Marine Engineer.

Florian gained vital experience and had an opportunity to combine his business studies course with work at Survitec.
